$MARS V2 was created after the original project lead abandoned the token. V1 holders submitted their tokens, the team sold them off, and airdropped V2 to every holder. All V1 holders are day-one community members from July 2025, and many now serve on the Board of Hippos. These aren't anonymous wallets. They're the same people who built and funded the project from the start.
If you check the bubble map, you'll see clusters of connected wallets. This is completely normal for any token with airdrop distribution and on-chain rewards. When a token uses RevShare to pay USDC rewards, the distribution wallet sends to every qualifying holder on a set cycle, creating a hub-and-spoke pattern on any bubble map. Every rewards token looks like this. It's not a red flag, it's literally how the fee mechanism works.
On top of that, every V1 holder received a V2 airdrop based on what they held. Another standard distribution event that creates connected clusters.
